Are you or someone you love living with chronic pain or illness?

Would you like to find ways to deal with pain and fatigue?
Are you interested in discovering better nutrition and exercise choices?
Would you like to learn better ways to talk with your doctor and family about your health?
Are you willing to invest your time once a week for 2 ½ hours for six weeks to take charge of your health! ALL AT NO COST TO YOU!!!
This workshop series was developed by Stanford University and facilitated by a Living Healthy Coordinator by RSVP of Suffolk County.
In order to run this series we need at least 12 people to commit to attending the series. The proposed dates are Wednesday Afternoons in the Chapel Room of the Parish Center in Late April and Early May.
Please contact the Office of Parish Social Ministry for more information and to reserve your spot. Bring a Friend…or Two….
